Boutique hotel chain Hotel du Vin unveils autumnal dishes for new menu
Hotel du Vin has launched this year’s Autumn A La Carte menu, featuring new locally sourced produce alongside their signature dishes.
The luxury hotel chain, which has a collection of 17 properties from Edinburgh to London, is known for transforming historic buildings into unique boutique venues.
Hotel du Vin’s brand is committed to ‘doing the simple things well’ with a touch opulence, evident in their wine menu featuring some of the world’s best and room touches including Egyptian cotton bedding.
The food menu pulls inspiration from Chef Director Matt Powell’s travelling around the UK, sourcing a range of ingredients from prestigious producers.
This year’s menu will feature a range of dishes including:
A La Carte Lamb Shank
Prix Fixe Tartare De Boeuf
A La Carte Pear Pudding
Matt Powell, Chef Director, explains: “The Hotel du Vin philosophy is simple. You need to start with quality ingredients to create delicious meals.
“We work incredibly hard to ensure we work with only the best suppliers, and we’ve seen a growing interest from our guests in the stories behind the produce on their plates.
“We take our food, and our suppliers, seriously and we want our customers to experience that philosophy in the dishes we serve them.”
Hotel du Vin’s locations are: Birmingham, Brighton, Bristol, Cambridge, Cheltenham, Edinburgh, Exeter, Glasgow, Harrogate, Henley-on-Thames, Newcastle, Poole, St Andrews, Tunbridge Wells, Wimbledon, Winchester and York
Table reservations can be made via Hotel du Vin’s website.
