Reality HR supports Naomi House & Jacksplace Hospices for 2018
Hampshire-based HR Consultancy, Reality HR, has nominated Naomi House & Jacksplace hospice care to support throughout 2018. The high standard of care provided by the charity costs £8.5million per year, with only 9% of income funded by the Government and statutory sources, so additional support is vital.
The charity provides expert hospice care for life-limited and life-threatened children, young people and their extended families. Most of the Reality HR team are working mums, so this children’s charity is particularly close to their hearts and they had no hesitation in choosing to support it for the following 12 months.
Throughout 2018, Reality HR will be supporting a number of fundraising events being organised by Naomi House & Jacksplace and will also be organising their own events to raise money for the charity.
Reality HR’s Chief Operating Officer, Sally-Ann Hall-Jones, commented: “The team were very keen to support Naomi House & Jacksplace and are already coming up with lots of ideas for fundraising events. Our first event is a fashion evening where the team will bring any unused clothes or accessories, selling them to other team members to raise money for the charity. There will also be Quiz Nights and of course our end of year Christmas Raffle, which raised more than £700 last year!
“I’m delighted to see such an enthusiastic response for such an excellent charity.” Reality HR was formed in 2004 and now employs 20 HR professionals and support staff who provide a complete outsourced HR function to over 100 businesses across the South.
