Digital agency Zeal to expand HQ to the Leeds city centre Platform building
Zeal, the digital and creative agency, is set for a move to the flagship Platform building next to Leeds train station.
The agency’s 30-strong team in the city will be moving from its current based in the Holbeck area of Leeds.
As part of the HQ relocation, Zeal will invest in a complete fit-out of the new office to create what it calls “an innovative and inspiring work environment for staff and clients.”
In addition to the new office space, Zeal has established an internal board to lead the company as it expands its client base and grows in size. The board comprises of founder Jane Rutter as CEO, Mike Jacques as managing director and Kristina Bergwall as operations director.
Zeal’s growth plans include pitching for and taking on additional clients and also looking at new territories to expand into. The agency is also evaluating its product offering and exploring new ways to expand its offering to current and future clients
The move to Platform will take place in spring 2018 where the company will take a full east wing made up of 5,000 square feet.
The London office saw a move to bigger premises in South Bank after taking on four new members of staff last year.
CEO Jane Rutter said: “It felt like the right time to create a structure that means we can grow significantly and in a considered, grown up way.
“Mike and Kristina have been with Zeal from the start and have been instrumental to our current growth. I can’t wait to work closer with them and see where the next 12 months take us.”
The creative and digital agency currently has a 30-strong team in offices in Leeds and London, working with clients such as Yorkshire Water, Inntravel, and Primula.
