Diamond sparkles as new Commercial Director joins
Team Valley-based technology solutions provider, Diamond Group, is celebrating business growth and continued success with the appointment of Commercial Director, John Jones.
John joins to drive the Company’s core focus on technology, process and people.
Diamond Group is a unique solutions provider, offering flexible training to its customers alongside the fundamental IT outsourcing, printing, copying and telephony services.
All IT support customers can receive full Windows training for their staff, to ensure that the Company is making the best possible use of the technology it has invested in.
John Jones said: “I’ve worked with John Burns and Diamond for over 16 years now and was delighted to be given the opportunity to join the team.
“The Company is so different in the way that it focuses on people and empowerment, rather than just technology.”
John has brought about the launch of Diamond Group’s ‘Flex’ service, a licence-based in-house learning solution designed to empower staff. Flex covers personal development, management, law and diligence, plus much more.
John Burns, managing director, said: “John is the perfect addition to our team. We believe the right technology creates transition, the right process creates growth and the right people achieve prosperity.
“John has joined us with this ethos already in mind and will help us to achieve great things.”
Diamond Group has ambitious growth plans, and as well as bringing on-board John Jones, it is also looking to recruit a dynamic, experienced Business Development Manager to join the team.
