User Conversion gains recognition after stellar year
Manchester-based user experience and optimisation specialist, User Conversion has been awarded a prestigious industry accolade after a year of unprecedented growth.
The agency has enjoyed a 195 percent growth in revenue in the past 12 months, after securing a number of new clients including My Optique Group and Biscuiteers.
User Conversion’s success has been recognised at the RAR Digital Awards 2018, with the team crowned Best Optimisation/Conversion Agency with under 40 staff.
The award is given purely based on client feedback, with the agency being commended for its “energetic, innovative, experienced team” and praised for the significant ROI it delivers for clients.
User Conversion works with e-commerce and lead generation businesses to grow their conversion rates and reduce their cost of customer acquisition.
David Mannheim, Founder and Head of Optimisation at User Conversion, said: “The team is absolutely delighted to be recognised for this award. We’re not usually ones to shout about our success, so to have our clients put us forward for this award, and then go on to win is something we’re extremely proud of. It’s a true testament to the expertise of the team, backed up by quality client feedback.”
User Conversion has also been commended by clients for the in-depth insights its AB testing delivers about clients customers, as well as the breadth of knowledge and expertise in the team that allows them to deploy changes that lead to tangible commercial benefits for clients.
The significant growth in the agency’s revenue has been coupled with rapid expansion, with the team growing to 30 members of staff in the three years since launch.
The agency works with some of the biggest online brands in the UK, including Travis Perkins, Mamas and Papas, Papa John’s, Technogym and National Holidays, many of whom contributed to the recent award win.
