Intelligent Services Group sees revenue hit the £18m mark
Newcastle-based Intelligent Services Group (ISG), has reported year on year revenue growth of 34%.
ISG, which is the parent company of IAM Sold, The Conveyancing Partnership and Medway Law, saw group turnover increase from £13.3m in financial year 2016/17 to £17.9m in 2017/18.
Founded by Jamie Cooke and Ben Ridgway, ISG’s aim is to help property professionals improve and expand their range of services and drive extra revenue by developing technology-led software, platforms and services.
During this period, ISG has also grown its distribution network through IAM Sold, its auction solution and The Conveyancing Partnership, its newly launched conveyancing platform.
The ISG network at the end of the financial year spans over 2,000 estate agent branches, demonstrating growth of over 60% from the same period last year.
IAM Sold has invested in its technology, telecoms and office infrastructure to ensure it is best placed to capitalise on the growth potential that exists in the current marketplace.
Medway Law’s focus is on residential auction properties, providing a service that complements IAM Sold. It has reduced the average time to complete a transaction to 44 days, compared to industry average of between 12-15 weeks.
The Conveyancing Partnership started trading in 2016 and now has over 100 partner branches using its conveyancing software. The platform creates a marketplace of conveyancers to give consumers choice and provides technology-based solutions to streamline the conveyancing process.
Ben Ridgway, managing director of ISG, commented: “We are pleased to see the continued growth of the ISG companies – 2017 has seen us invest in technology and infrastructure to improve the overall customer experience and we are seeing the benefits of this.
“We are continuing to invest in new platforms and services to help property professionals, and will be launching a new compliance portal which will help agents adhere to the new AML rules in the near future.
“2018 will see a rebrand for ISG, together with the launch of ‘Market Place’ a centralised platform of all our estate agency services to make the customer experience more streamlined and further support our distribution network of estate agents in the UK.”
