A Leeds-headquartered contract cleaning business has been acquired out of administration, safeguarding the employment of all 68 members of staff and preserving customer contracts.
For more than 40 years, Swift Facilities Management UK Limited (trading as Swift FM) has provided cleaning services to the commercial sector throughout the country, serving both local councils and private businesses.
On 6th July 2018, the business and assets of Swift were acquired by MJF Facilities Management Limited in a pre-packaged sale from its administrator, David Robson of Gaines Robson Insolvency.
