Digital Clarity Online Agency Shortlisted For Digital Impact Awards 2018

Digital Clarity, a leading performance-based UK digital marketing and consultancy business, have been shortlisted for the Digital Impact Awards 2018 in the ‘Best Evaluation Strategy’ category for their work with commercial cleaning company, The Clean Space.

The awards which annually honour those companies who have achieved extraordinary results in the digital field take place on 16 October 2018 at the London Hilton on Park Lane.

Digital Clarity’s evaluation strategy helped The Clean Space to net more leads using search engines, a channel it had never used before, and to exceed its yearly sales target by 60%.

The Clean Space provide commercial cleaning services to businesses across a range of industries in the UK and were looking to expand their business. With no previous data to draw from, Digital Clarity had to use its experience of the B2B market and make some educated assumptions. Speaking about the awards, Rachel Mepham, Head of Digital at Digital Clarity said;

“We are delighted to be shortlisted for this award as it was an extremely challenging project. Starting from scratch we needed to build the foundations and understand where the current leads were coming from and what kind of businesses they were, as well as understanding how large businesses and organisations were searching for cleaners. This led to our qualification process of ensuring that only the right size businesses within the right locations were engaging, and prevent wasted budget from the wrong customers, or cleaners that were looking for work.”

Rachel continues;

“We were keen to be able to track every unique enquiry from initial keyword click all the way through to enquiry, qualification, quote and sale. Through use of Google Analytics, third party call tracking and our own in-depth analysis, we were able to achieve this extensive insight and consistently achieve the 10:1 ROI. This insight gives us the knowledge of exactly which keywords lead to a sale, no matter how long it takes to fully convert.”
