Healthcare Service Provider Totally PLC Takes Office Space at Cardinal Square

Totally plc, one of the UK’s leading out-of-hospital care providers, has relocated its head office from London to Cardinal Square, one of the most prominent office developments in Derby.

The company, which operates across the UK, has taken 7,000 ft2 of office space at Cardinal Square, which occupies a prime location fronting Derby’s Ring Road and the A52.

Cardinal Square has a net internal floor area of 113,000 ft2 set around a central quadrant and comprises of four inter-connecting blocks, each arranged on four and five floors. The building is currently the subject of a major refurbishment programme by owners Nurton Developments to offer upgraded services and facilities.

The ground floor of the building’s West Point has been transformed into 4,500 ft2 of serviced office accommodation. A new kitchen and break-out area has been created, along with several hi-spec meeting and seminar rooms.

Phase two, which involves the refurbishment of North Point, is underway and is due to be completed next month.

Totally plc is one of the UK’s leading out-of-hospital care providers and operates across the UK, providing ‘healthcare in the public and private sector. Business’ managed under Totally include NHS 111 provider Vocare, Totally Health, Premier Physical Healthcare and My Clinical Coach.

In October 2017, the company completed its proposed acquisition of Vocare Limited, a UK urgent care specialist providing services to 9.2 million patients per year, for £11.0 million.

Totally plc works in partnership with the NHS and other out-of-hospital service providers to help address the significant healthcare challenges faced by the UK now and in the future.
