Property consultants move to prominent Newcastle city centre offices
Property consultancy Sanderson Weatherall has completed its move to Central Square South.
This is a newly refurbished office development adjacent to Newcastle Central Station. The team of 40 property experts have moved in to the second floor of the building, having spent 20 years at the previous Grey Street address.
Richard Farr, head of Sanderson Weatherall’s Newcastle office, said: “Having spent 20 years on Grey Street it’s going to be a big change and whilst it’s a shame to be moving we felt the time was right.
“Central Square South is one of Newcastle’s landmark office buildings and we feel our move further reinforces our commitment to Newcastle and the North East.
“Our in-house team has created a fantastic, dynamic working environment that will undoubtedly encourage collaboration, enhance productivity and it’s great to see real enthusiasm throughout our teams.”
The office fit-out, which was completed by Sanderson Weatherall’s in-house building consultancy & architecture team, includes open-plan office space, break out areas, a kitchen facility and various meeting rooms.
Sanderson Weatherall will be joining the likes of PWC, HSBC Bank and DWF Solicitors, who currently occupy space in the building.
