“Making substantial investments in both equipment and people has allowed us to develop our competitive edge. In addition to this, we have worked hard to maintain our quality brand profile. We do this by maintaining our values, customer service being key. We have an uncompromising, dedicated approach to our customers and have supported many start-up coffee shops as well as established businesses.”
“Coffee is more of an obsession than a vocation and we love everything about it - the industry, the people and of course the beans. We love partnering with our customers, helping them to get set up, develop their offering and grow their reputation for great coffee. It doesn’t matter if they are a small independent business or a chain of gastro pubs, we can help. We are also always available to talk coffee to anyone who shares our passion or who would simply like to know where to start.” Kev Burrows, Founder and Head Roaster
Iron & Fire was founded by Kevin Burrows in 2014 after returning from Melbourne Australia where amazing coffee is a way of life. There he spent a decade gaining valuable experience and learning the art of roasting in the very home of 3rd wave coffee.
