Get Ahead VA welcomes new regional director for South Yorkshire
Virtual agency Get Ahead VA is delighted to welcome a new regional director for South Yorkshire to support businesses in Barnsley, Doncaster, Rotherham, Sheffield & Worksop.
HR expert Jo Munroe has over 15 years of experience in recruitment, HR and business management in the construction, manufacturing, medical and transport industries. Jo has joined Get Ahead VA as regional director for South Yorkshire, having been born and bred in the region.
After a successful career in HR, Jo was looking for a flexible employment solution that would enable her to use her significant expertise in helping businesses grow, whilst working flexibly around her young family. Jo says: “I came across Get Ahead VA on a franchise website and quickly realised it was exactly what I had been looking for. It fitted perfectly with my background and the founder was so passionate about the brand. I could see that I would be able to run my own business but also be part of a team and supported along the way.”
A growing national network Rebecca Newenham, founder and director of Get Ahead VA says: “I am delighted to welcome Jo to our team to run our South Yorkshire region. I know she is looking forward to attending lots of networking events across the region over the next few months.
Jo brings with her significant HR expertise, as well as additional geographical coverage for all our VA services. With regional directors in Leeds, Newcastle, Berkshire & North Hants, Bristol, Guildford and West Surrey, as well as South Yorkshire, we have an expanding presence in many key regional areas. I look forward to seeing our team continue to grow over the coming months and supporting all of our directors as they welcome new clients on board.“
