First sustainable hoarding system launched as London construction firm secures funding

A London construction business has announced that it is launching the UK’s first sustainable hoarding system after securing a finance package.

Panthera Group has announced that funding from HSBC UK will allow it to launch the country’s first net zero carbon verified sustainable hoarding system.

The company plans to launch its EnviroHoard™ system in March 2021, which is made from recycled UPVC windows to replace plywood hoarding.

The funding will also be used to increase the company’s marketing activity and expansion.

Neal James, group managing director at Panthera Group, said: “The funding has allowed us to increase the rate at which we developed version two of the system, ensuring we were the first company to bring the UK’s first net zero carbon verified sustainable hoarding system to market.

“HSBC UK’s support at this stage is vital to our ambitions to secure multiple national frameworks for EnviroHoard™and for it to become widely recognised as the go-to sustainable hoarding system in the marketplace.”

Charlotte England, area director for Business Banking in South & West London, said: “HSBC UK is committed to supporting businesses looking to diversify their product range and provide environmentally friendly and sustainable goods.

“We’re delighted to help Panthera move to the next stage of its new product development and look forward to seeing it come to market.”
