New London office to support 240 employees as Manchester business group expands
A Manchester business group has expanded from its North West base with the acquisition of an office in central London.
Inc & Co has opened its new office on Mandeville Place, in time for the Government’s Covid-19 restrictions for non-essential retail to begin easing on April 12.
The new office will see a HR team set up in London, close to recent acquisitions KNOMO London and Chop’d.
It is expected that the office will focus on developing workplace cultures, personal development, training, and building people-centric strategies for the future and is likely to support 240 members of staff across Inc and Co’s ten brands.
Lynne Makinson-Walsh, head of people at Inc & Co, said: “As we grow, and with the new acquisitions of KNOMO London and Chop’d, there has been a definite need for us to build a fully in-house people team to create a presence in London, which will grow with our companies.”
She continued: “We are keen to be there to offer support, helping to build teams, develop new managers, and enable teams to grow in a way that empowers them to deliver great things.
“We believe that we’re all stronger together, and right now, we all need a little extra strength as we enter this critical period of recovery.”
