Legacie Developments shortlisted for major business awards
Leading Liverpool-based construction and development company, Legacie Developments, have been shortlisted for prestigious business gongs.
Legacie Developments have been nominated in the Development of the Year for their Parliament Square development and also Developer of the Year categories at the Insider Liverpool Property Awards. Company founder, John Morley, has also been nominated for Young Business Person of the Year at the Liverpool Echo Business Awards.
Legacie is one of the most prolific and emerging property developers in the north-west having delivered a wide variety of regeneration projects.
The company is currently working on several live sites within the region including their £90 million flagship Parliament Square residential development in Liverpool’s Baltic Triangle.
