EweMove draws Metropix's 15 millionth floor plan

The 15 millionth property floor plan has this week been drawn using Metropix, the market leading floor plan drawing tool for the residential estate agency market from Landmark Estate Agency Services.

The milestone floor plan of a four-bedroom house was produced by EweMove in Grantham, who has been using Metropix for over six years to provide customers with floor plans with every property instruction, as standard.

Helen Garratt, branch director of EweMove, Grantham said, “I’ve been using Metropix to draw floor plans for many years and the support they provide to me is first rate. The Metropix software enables residential property professionals to quickly and easily create 2D, and 3D floor plans to help support the sales and rental marketing of residential properties. An added advantage of the service is PlanBank, which is an archive of all 15 million floor plans, which enables subscribers to simply access floor plan templates with ease and for no additional subscription charge.
