Womanswear company launches pop-up store in Carnaby
The property investment firm Shaftesbury has announced the launch of the first Sunspel Womenswear pop-up in London’s Carnaby street.
This will be the brand’s first stand-alone store, measuring at 927 sq ft.
The pop-up space will run through the winter months, showcasing the brand’s Scottish knitwear and loungewear, alongside Sunspel staples such as its T-shirt – made at the brand’s own factory in Long Eaton, England, since the early 1900s.
The pop-up will be located in Upper James Street, a short walk away from Oxford Circus and Carnaby Street, it will run from October 28 2021 to January 2022.
Samantha Bain-Mollison retail director at Shaftesbury says: “We are delighted that Sunspel has chosen Carnaby for their first standalone womenswear store. The brand is a great fit for our customer who is seeking premium product that they cannot buy on every high street”.
