Poke bowl restaurant sees “record” sales with Battersea Power Station opening
Following the opening of its newest restaurant location at Battersea Power Station, Poke House has announced that the new site has quickly become the most successful to date, selling more than a whopping 15,000 bowls in the first two weeks alone.
Of this, more than 3,000 of the bowls sold at the newly launched Battersea Power Station restaurant have been the brand’s “iconic” Signature Bowls, which includes the likes of Sunny Salmon, Spicy Tuna, House Chicken, House Vegan and Heat Wave.
The poke bowl brand continues its rapid expansion in London, with the latest opening front and centre of the newly restored Battersea Power Station, which is the new “must visit” riverside retail and leisure destination in London.
The restaurant brand and its “famed” poke bowls have quickly become a firm favourite across London with 10 sites now open, including Battersea Power Station, Covent Garden, Notting Hill, St Paul’s and Bank to name a few.
Matteo Pichi, co-founder, and CEO at Poke House, commented: “Battersea Power Station is one of the most iconic locations for Poke House. We believed in it from the beginning and, we are really proud of the results we are getting.
“The UK is strategic to Poke House’s expansion plan and with Battersea Power Station, we are sure to add an important piece to Poke House’s international growth.”
The ever-evolving menu includes a core range of ‘House Specials’ selected by public demand, including Sunny Salmon, Spicy Tuna and Vegan Bowl, as well as its latest seasonal offering the Sea Kiss Bowl.
Dressings are created in-house from a closely guarded secret recipe and every bowl is made with the freshest ingredients, with all proteins, fruit and veg delivered daily from local and trusted suppliers.
