Serendipity2 Appoints Cayley Goss as Strategy and Insights Director
Leading food and drink and end-to-end marketing consultancy, Serendipity2, is pleased to announce the appointment of Cayley Goss as the company’s new Strategy and Insights Director.
With an extensive background in data analytics and research, Cayley brings a wealth of expertise to the role and will play a crucial part in driving clients’ data initiatives forward.
Having predominantly worked in data analytics throughout her career, Cayley has a robust understanding of interrogating, processing, and enhancing data for clients operating in numerous industry verticals including consumer brands, pharmaceuticals, beauty, and alcoholic beverages.
“I create simple solutions from complex data inputs,” explains Cayley. “My expertise lies in taking oceans of data and manipulating it to pinpoint actionable insights to benefit clients. I am therefore excited to work with Serendipity2’s existing and new clients – many of which are household names – to bring new perspectives to our data led services.”
Prior to joining Serendipity2, Cayley worked with a major data analytics business in South Africa, as well as serving as a senior strategy consultant at Kantar, where she specialised in consumer segmentation and occasion-based analysis. Here she focused on analysing behavioural and attitudinal data to support clients’ brand and product development plans.
As Strategy and Insights Director for Serendipity2, Cayley will work alongside Gill Chambers, the company’s Research & Insight Director and will concentrate on quantitative research and in manipulating raw data to help define client personas and go to market strategies.
