London-based SEO agency adopts nomad working policy

In recognition of the evolving work landscape, London-based SEO agency Reboot Online has announced the launch of its Nomad Working Policy - a forward-thinking initiative designed to offer employees greater flexibility and the chance to work from abroad.

The Nomad Working Policy is an embodiment of Reboot’s commitment to adapt to the changing needs of its dynamic workforce. By providing the option for employees to work remotely, the agency seeks to inspire a more diverse and inclusive work environment.

This will see employees at Reboot given the autonomy to work from any location of their choosing, whether it’s a different city or country, for a maximum of four weeks a year.

With new reports finding that 45 per cent of digital nomads are more productive than their office-based counterparts, and a significant 90 per cent citing higher levels of job satisfaction, this initiative is aimed at fostering creativity, productivity, and a healthier work-life integration.

Shai Aharony, CEO and founder of Reboot Online, said: “Creating an exceptional company culture has always stood at the heart of our agency’s mission. We’ve already blazed trails with progressive policies like the 4-day work week, hybrid work arrangements, and flexible hours. However, we’re still ceaselessly seeking new avenues to empower our diligent staff to live lives to their fullest.

“We envision this added flexibility as a means to enhance one’s work experience, enabling people to immerse themselves in diverse cultures, breathtaking landscapes, and inspiring environments, all without dipping into their holiday days.”

Laura Wilson, DPR manager at Reboot Online, commented: “I’ve taken advantage of this incredible initiative and worked in Spain for a month. This allowed me to spend quality time with family members living there who I don’t get to see very often, creating invaluable memories and helped deepen our connection.

“Work-wise, it didn’t cause any difference due to the mere hour’s time difference and robust wifi in my area. This meant that I got to spend lunches sunbathing by the pool, enjoy evenings with my loved ones, and with the extra perk of a three-day weekend, I had plenty of time to explore. I am already eagerly anticipating the next opportunity to relive this experience - especially after not having much of a summer here!”

While the US comprises 51 per cent of the nomad population, the UK follows as the second largest accounting for 8 per cent of total digital nomads worldwide. A notable 45 per cent year-on-year surge in ‘work from anywhere’ job vacancies further reflects the growing appetite for flexibility and a digital nomadic lifestyle.

This groundbreaking policy is a true reflection of Reboot’s core values of adaptability, collaboration, and excellence. By embracing digital nomadism, the agency not only aims to enrich employees’ experience, but also seeks to attract and retain top talent.
