Birmingham prime office space comes to market after high-spec refurbishment

A leading property consultancy is set to help new tenants move into a Grade A city centre building in Birmingham after a high-spec refurbishment has been completed.

Fisher German is marketing up to 38,000 sq ft of prime office space at Eleven Brindleyplace, which has recently been refurbished by Office Principles North on behalf of Blue Noble LLP.

Office Principles North has upgraded more than 12,000 sq ft of space within the building’s ground floor and basement to transform the communal space as well as create a multifunctional events space that can provide a mix of leisure activities as well as meetings.

The basement has also been revamped to provide secure cycle parking, showers, and lockers, making it more attractive for tenants looking for offices with high ESG credentials.

Fisher German, which is marketing the space alongside joint agent Carter Jonas, is expecting the building to attract a lot of enquiries due to its high quality and central location.

Charles Warrack, Partner at Fisher German, said: “The refurbishment of Eleven Brindleyplace has created a highly welcoming and stylish environment for its tenants, and has boosted its ESG with the inclusion of facilities for cyclists.

“More and more tenants are looking for that extra quality in their offices. Providing an inviting workspace for staff is now high on many company’s agendas.

“Eleven Brindleyplace not only does this but is in an absolutely superb city centre location surrounded by high-class amenities.

“We expect a lot of interest, so we would encourage any interested tenants to get in touch.”

Tina Batham, joint managing director of Office Principles North, said: “Eleven Brindleyplace is a building packed full of exciting new tenant amenities. Our collaborative design has transformed a transitional ground floor space into an attractive destination, with a modern, luxurious business lounge, on-site café, and events space.

“It makes the available space work much harder for our client but most importantly, offers a modern, dynamic and engaging office environment for new and existing tenants.”
