Throughout the year, the business has seen a momentous surge in demand for its pioneering, tech-enabled monthly budgeting initiative, with an increased number of clients benefiting from substantial cost savings each month. The programme and bespoke software, available to customers via an app for the price of a monthly subscription, monitors spending patterns and assists clients in managing their outgoings, with push notifications for savings on monthly expenditure on utilities, insurance policies, petrol, groceries, as well as other everyday products and services. The customer service team also provides regular reviews of a client’s spending with advice for how they can improve their standard of living.

Significantly, the AFA Group has also expanded its team considerably, offering significant job opportunities within the North West while enlarging the customer-facing team to ensure that the exceptional level of service the firm prides itself on is maintained.

The group has now set an ambitious target for 2024, with the company aiming to achieve a further hike of 30% over the course of the year.
