RAPP UK Announces Senior People Hire and Launch of Industry First Family-Friendly Initiative.

Customer engagement agency RAPP UK today announced the appointment of Terence Vieyra as Senior Vice President of People. Based in London, Vieyra will head up a People team of 10 and be responsible for championing RAPP’s purpose of ‘Standing up for Individuality’.

As SVP People, Vieyra will be an integral part of the UK Senior Leadership team, working closely with CEO Gabby Ludzker to boost RAPP's unique culture of individuality and high performance.

His main focus will be on the People function at RAPP in the UK, overseeing strategy development and execution to attract and keep top talent. Vieyra will also be responsible for RAPP’s EMEA offices to ensure a unified and positive approach to people management across the region.

With a background in disruptive creative and technology industries, Vieyra joins RAPP with valuable experience from his time at Kobalt Music Group, leading HR and facilities teams in major hubs such as Los Angeles, New York, and London serves as a solid foundation for his new role. Notably, Vieyra played a pivotal role in Kobalt Music Group’s data and tech revolution, building the people infrastructure to support its hyper-growth period. He was also part of the leadership team that managed Kobalt’s sale to Sony, where he led on the complex employee changes.

The announcement coincides wth the launch of a new partnership with Bloss, a familylife-focused app which provides expert support, advice and resources across all stages of parenthood - from fertility, pregnancy, parenting and beyond.

Bloss is a no-appointment-necessary app providing RAPP employees with on-demand expert-led advice and support from a host of experts including fertility specialists, midwives, nutritionists, sleep consultants, child psychologists, behavioural experts and more.

RAPP will also offer anonymous sign-up to Bloss for employees, as well as offer access to expecting parents and individuals on parental leave.

The partnership follows the announcement of RAPPs Schools Out Support (SOS) programme which alleviates working parents’ holiday juggle by offering employees the opportunity to work 70% of the day during core hours, and make up the remaining time wherever suits them. As well as its partnership with Fertifa, a fertility benefit provider that offers employees support through live and on-demand webinars, online resources and advisor calls. RAPP also offers return-to-work coaching for its parental leave returners.

Gabby Ludzker, CEO, RAPP UK said: “I love that Terence brings completely ‘outside-in’ thinking whilst still being completely fluent in our transformation roadmap of data, technology, and hyper growth. His extensive experience and expertise are perfectly aligned with our goals, and he truly understands our vision.

“The wellbeing of our staff is at the heart of everything we do, and Terence and his team will continue to build on our commitment, including new launches like Bloss, to be standing up for every single individual and supporting our team through the challenges that life brings.”

Vieyra said: “RAPP is an exciting industry powerhouse, and I was drawn to their agency ethos of advocating for individuality. I am excited to join the RAPP team and help build an empowered and diverse organisation that drives innovation and growth.”
