Food Director, Greg Lambert, commented: “When the opportunity came for us to close for a month and relaunch, we immediately knew the approach we wanted and needed to take. We set our heart on operating an exciting, fine dining restaurant that remained affordable and accessible to our customers whilst attracting new faces.

“We have always been passionate about sourcing our ingredients and produce from the bounty of local and British artisans, so this was never going to change. We have added even more suppliers so we can source the best possible products for our chefs to work with and this is reflected in the flavour of our dishes.”
