West Ham United extends partnership with Ticketmaster Sport to enhance fan experience

West Ham United have renewed their partnership with Ticketmaster Sport at the London Stadium.

The new deal, confirming Ticketmaster as the club’s official ticketing provider at the ground, means that by 2025, Ticketmaster and West Ham will have been partners for more than a decade.

As part of the renewed agreement, Ticketmaster says it will continue to provide top-tier ticketing technology and exceptional customer service, ensuring fans have reliable and convenient access to West Ham matches.

Under the agreement with Ticketmaster, Hammers fans have been able to access functions like Ticket Exchange, Ticket Transfer, Memberships and Hospitality and they have launched new developments to the ticket-buying process will “maximise operational efficiency for staff through a busy schedule”.

Ticketmaster say their goal is to streamline the ticket buying process to enhance the overall enjoyment for supporters and reduce workload for staff in the ticket office and this season, West Ham will introduce automated sales, allowing club staff to manage ticket releases for season ticket holders, members, and general sales without needing manual adjustments. West Ham supporters will have the additional option of paying via a link when on the phone to the ticket office to simplify transactions and reduce time spent manually inputting credit card details.

Nicola Kaye, West Ham’s director of ticketing, said: “We are delighted to continue to work in partnership with Ticketmaster Sport.

“Our relationship continues to go from strength to strength, as we collectively drive our digital ticketing solutions forward.”

Chris Gratton, Ticketmaster Sport managing director, added: “Extending the partnership with West Ham shows just how much top football clubs trust Ticketmaster’s solutions and the team.

“By focusing on delivering our industry-leading digital ticketing, alongside some new innovative features for the 2024/25 season, our goal is to make matchday even better for Hammers fans.”
