Connexin cheers 'great place to work' accolade
A smart technology and digital connectivity operator is cheering top staff feedback.
Hull-based Connexin has been named a ‘Great Place to Work’ for a second consecutive year.
It scored highly in an employee survey carried out by workplace culture organisation Great Place to Work.
According to the results, four in five staff said the business was a great place to work.
It also enjoyed increased scores across the hospitality, team, collaboration, pride and communication categories, with more than 90 per cent saying the firm promotes and welcomes a diverse workforce.
Tracy Hemming-Tayler, Connexin vice president of people and culture, said: “These results reflect our commitment to our employees, by creating a positive workplace culture where we attract and retain the very best talent.”
The survey comes after Connexin was placed in the Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2024 list and earned B Corp™ status in May.
