Simply Conveyancing enhances leadership team
Simply Conveyancing, a leading provider of residential conveyancing services headquartered in Daventry, Northamptonshire, has appointed Tess Andrews as chief strategy and transformation officer and Guy Evans as director of legal operations services to support its next phase of growth.
Tess brings extensive experience in defining and implementing growth strategies across multiple sectors. Formerly an investment director at private equity firm Livingbridge, which backs Simply Conveyancing, Tess has also worked with McKinsey and Co. and served in non-executive director roles. In her new position, she will lead the company’s ambitious plans to modernise the conveyancing sector.
She said: “I’m delighted to be joining the Simply Conveyancing team as the company enters its next phase of growth.
“The team has already put in place strong foundations that position the business well to take advantage of the market opportunity. I’m very much looking forward to working with the team to achieve our ambitious growth plans.”
Guy Evans, with 30 years of experience in property industry operations, joins from the Simplify Group, where he was group head of operational support. His role will focus on enhancing conveyancing operations and shared services to strengthen Simply Conveyancing’s service offering.
These appointments follow the recent opening of Simply Conveyancing’s new office in Leeds, led by legal director Sally Hesling, expanding the firm’s presence in the North of England.
Alan Young, chief executive officer at Simply Conveyancing, added: “The appointment of Tess further signals our determination to grow the business and position Simply Conveyancing as the conveyancing firm of choice for partners up and down the country.
“We are thrilled to have Tess join us at such a crucial time for the business, as we continue to grow our presence.
