Rural broadband provider Quickline Communications has appointed Frank Stone as chief marketing and information officer as it continues to enhance its customer experience.
Frank brings over 20 years of senior telecoms experience, including leadership roles at Digicel, BT and Cable & Wireless.
In his new position, he will oversee Quickline’s product, propositions, marketing, digital and data teams, ensuring customer insights drive service improvements.
Frank said: “I’m thrilled to be joining Quickline at such an exciting time for the business.
“As a company that’s passionate about delivering fast, reliable broadband to rural communities, Quickline has a unique opportunity to transform the way people connect and interact with the digital world.
“The communications sector is constantly evolving, and I look forward to tackling the challenges that come with ensuring customers not only have access to cutting-edge technology but also feel valued and understood.
“My focus will be on putting customers at the heart of everything we do - listening to their needs, refining our products and services, and delivering an experience that exceeds expectations.
“I’m looking forward to working with the talented teams at Quickline to bring our vision of seamless connectivity to life and make a real difference to the communities we serve.”
Alongside his appointment, Quickline has opened a new customer excellence hub at its Willerby headquarters.
The facility will house key customer-facing teams, including sales, customer services, scheduling and customer onboarding, reinforcing the company’s commitment to delivering an outstanding broadband experience for its growing customer base.
Sean Royce, Quickline’s chief executive, added: “Frank is a fantastic addition to the team and I have no doubt that his extensive commercial experience and customer obsession will be invaluable as we move forward on our exciting growth journey.
“His expertise will ensure we remain laser-focused on what matters most – our customers.
“With Frank on board, we’re in a stronger position than ever to deliver exceptional products, services and experiences that our customers deserve.
“Further to that, the opening of our new customer excellence hub at Willerby is another key milestone in our journey to transform rural connectivity.
“By bringing our customer-facing teams together in a purpose-built space, we’re ensuring our colleagues have everything they need to deliver the best possible service to our customers.”
