Property operator GFW unveils talent drive

A North East property consultancy is set to expand its team in 2025.

GFW, which has grown from a rural practice into a leading multidisciplinary consultancy, plans to recruit across its rural and commercial sectors following a strong year of internal promotions and new hires. 

Last year, the firm welcomed 20 new team members and promoted ten employees, including Lesley-Ann Riddles, who progressed from senior associate to partner within six months.

Other promotions include Adeline Rutherford, now a partner, and associates Sally Heath, Liz Rhodes and Ashley Barnes.

Founded in Alnwick in 1979, GFW, which merged with Johnson Tucker LLP in 2022, now operates across six offices in the North East and North Yorkshire, with more than 100 employees offering property management, architecture, planning and development and residential support.
