Maverick Group strengthens InsideOut offering

The Maverick Group, an integrated marketing agency based in London, has appointed Sandy Willoughby as its first head of learning, following the launch of its InsideOut proposition. 

With over 30 years of experience, Sandy has previously worked with brands like British Airways, Virgin Atlantic and DHL, helping companies foster productive and healthy work environments.

In her new role, Sandy will drive the agency’s learning initiatives, drawing on her expertise in creating bespoke learning programmes. 

Sandy said: “I am passionate about creating workplaces where people can thrive. 

“Leadership is at the core of creating this environment and helping leaders to grow and help others grow is a key driver for me. 

“I truly believe The Maverick Group can help organisations deliver their brand from the InsideOut and learning and development are key factors in any business or cultural transformation.

Sandy’s appointment will support Maverick’s InsideOut framework, which aims to unlock customer and business value. The agency continues to expand its team and capabilities, with over 65 staff at its London base.
