Orla Living appoints head of marketing
Dublin-headquartered Orla Living has appointed Louise Cant as head of marketing to lead brand awareness and marketing strategy for its European living sector platform.
With over 30 years of experience, Louise will drive conversions and resident engagement across Orla Living’s expanding European portfolio.
She brings over a decade of experience in Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) and co-living, having previously launched new developments across the UK and Europe.
Louise said: “I’m proud to be joining Orla Living at such a pivotal moment.
“This is an incredibly exciting opportunity to help shape a brand with bold ambitions - one built around community, quality, and creating meaningful living experiences.
“I’m looking forward to bringing my experience in co-living, flex-living and PBSA to help drive growth, raise brand awareness and deliver real value to our residents and stakeholders as we expand across Europe.”
Part of Homes for Students, Orla Living was founded in 2025 and focuses on PBSA, flex-living, and later living management mandates across Europe.
Joe Stanley, Orla’s European integration director, added: “Louise has a strong reputation for shaping brand strategies and boosting customer engagement gained throughout her career, so I am confident that she will deliver high-impact marketing initiatives that drive occupancy, enhance brand visibility, and create meaningful customer connections – which is crucial for us here at Orla Living.”
