Beyond the Blueprint adds four partners

Four senior executives from leading UK and global brands have joined Beyond the Blueprint, a fast-growing growth advisory firm, to scale its innovative model that supports UK businesses through complex change.

The new partners – all accredited executive coaches – bring expertise from companies including Sky, Barclays, KFC, Deloitte, ITV, Unilever, Tesco and more.

They are Cheryl Calverley, former Eve Sleep chief executive; Will Worsdell, a global brand strategist; Charli Kumar, ex-Sky streaming managing director; and Jen Wright, a digital and AI transformation leader.

They join co-founders Patrick Ugeux (ex-Deloitte) and Gareth Hussey (ex-O2 Telefónica) to meet rising demand for integrated growth strategies combining business transformation with leadership development.

Jen said: “Having led and coached growth, technology transformation and AI-driven change in major organisations, I know that it’s this combination of experience, creativity and focus on the individual leaders in the room that truly helps businesses rise to their biggest challenges.

“Beyond The Blueprint’s integrated approach to human dynamics and business mechanics is what really drew me in.”

Patrick added: “We’ve been struck by how deeply our approach resonates with leaders and investors.

“By expanding the business, we can support more boards and leadership teams through systemic change, not just by shaping strategy, but, as trained executive coaches, by tackling the human dynamics that enable it.”

Since its 2023 launch, Beyond the Blueprint has worked with clients such as Octopus Investments and Next 15, helping unlock double-digit growth during major change phases like mergers and strategic shifts.

The firm’s growth reflects businesses’ increasing need for advisory partners that bridge strategy and human dynamics, especially amid AI-driven disruption and economic uncertainty.
