Tom joins after 15 years in agency roles, most recently as creative lead at The Cafeteria in Sheffield.
He brings experience across strategy, brand and communications, having worked with organisations including Sheffield Theatres, The Wildlife Trust and Weston Park Cancer Charity.
At Smith, he will lead the creative team and oversee design output across brand and digital projects.
Tom said: “Joining Smith marks an exciting new chapter for me.
“The team’s work and expertise have already made a real impact on businesses in the region.
“I’m here to build on that – delivering creative that leaves a lasting mark and helps our clients stand out where it matters most.”
Tom’s appointment follows a period of growth for the agency and an expanding client base.
