Tech firm 'eyes every part of globe' as demand grows
A tech firm is pressing ahead with global growth plans after an Asian venture bolstered demand.
The Resolved Group says it has its “sights on every corner of the world” after international leads rose 185 per cent.
The uptick was catalysed by an Indian office, which has boosted inbound leads from the US, Asia and Middle East by more than a third since January.
And boss Chris Carroll says the Hartlepool Innovation Centre-headquartered operator – whose digital support and maintenance services help repair apps, websites and e-commerce sites – is ready to “support clients 24/7 across multiple continents”.
He said: “Our model was built with scalability in mind, and now we’re starting to see what that can look like globally.
“Our Indian team is bringing fresh talent, energy and innovation to everything we do.
“We’re now supporting businesses from Durham to Dubai, and our sights are firmly set on every corner of the world.
“Whether it’s on Teesside or 6000 miles away, our mission is the same: deliver honest and effective support that saves clients time, stress and money.”
Chris added a major part of the firm’s growth story is its Resolve Academy, which trains the tech workers of tomorrow.
He added: “We’ve embraced outstanding technical talent from universities and combined it with our experienced leadership team.
“By introducing our core values and providing training from within, we are not only delivering excellent work but also nurturing brilliant careers, values and leadership mentalities.”
