The Lifted Project names new chair
The Lifted Project has appointed Lisa Lister as chair of its Leeds regional board, succeeding co-founder Zandra Moore MBE.
Launched in 2023, The Lifted Project champions high-growth women-led businesses across the UK and is now scaling nationally with new regional and advisory boards.
In her new role, Lisa will work with local leaders and partners to ensure women-led businesses in Leeds have access to the networks, resources and visibility needed to thrive.
Lisa, founder of Progress Marketing, Yorkshire Leadership Group and co-founder of Culco Ltd, brings more than two decades of experience helping SMEs achieve growth and build thriving workplace cultures.
She said: “I’m delighted to be taking on the role of chair of the Leeds regional board.
“The Lifted Project has already built incredible momentum in bringing together leaders and partners to back women-led businesses.
“I’m excited to continue this work in Leeds – helping ambitious entrepreneurs achieve their goals, scale their businesses and create positive impact across our region.”
Outgoing chair and co-founder Zandra added: “Launching The Lifted Project in Leeds has been a huge privilege, and I’m proud of the energy and commitment our board members and partners have brought to supporting women-led businesses.
“As I step into a national role, focused on scaling the Project and building an advisory board, I know the Leeds Board will go from strength to strength under Lisa’s leadership.”
