Lovell Homes strengthens East Midlands team
Lovell Homes has appointed Dawn Bennett as regional sales director for the East Midlands, bringing more than 20 years of experience in new home sales.
She will lead the region’s sales strategy, enhance buyer experience across developments and support delivery of the company’s growing development portfolio.
Dawn joins from Avant Homes, where she spent over four years as sales and marketing director, having progressed through the sales team.
She said: “This job is about more than just selling houses – its helping people find their dream homes, but also creating places that people don’t just live, but thrive.
“Throughout my career, this has been the backbone of my focus and having seen Lovell grow in the region throughout the past few years with this same focus, joining the team was a clear choice for me.
“As I step into my new role, the delivery of high-quality homes that focus on longevity and sustainability, along with the creation of thriving communities, will continue to be at the top of the agenda for us.
“With a collection of diverse developments in our back pocket, it’s an exciting time for myself and the team as we continue to drive the growth of both Lovell and the housing market in the East Midlands.”
Dawn’s appointment comes as Lovell continues to expand in the East Midlands, with a focus on delivering thriving communities and much-needed affordable housing.
Beth Bundonis, regional managing director at Lovell said: “Dawn’s extensive experience and knowledge is an invaluable addition to our growing team and it’s an exciting time for us as she drives the continued growth of our sales function and strategy.
“As we work towards bolstering our high- quality housing offering even further, I’m looking forward to seeing Dawn make an even bigger impact than she has already, with her steadfast commitment to delivering our wide-ranging housing offering, as well as the wider development of our East Midlands sales team.”
