Eames Group appoints head of client excellence
London-based talent solutions provider Eames Group has appointed Tallulah Barton as head of client excellence, reinforcing its focus on delivering best-in-class service to its strategic accounts.
Tallulah joins after four and a half years with recruiter Spencer Ogden, where she built a strong record in strategic account development across EMEA. Based in Eames Group’s London office, she will lead the firm’s client excellence strategy and strengthen relationships across its businesses.
Her appointment follows a series of senior hires as the group continues to expand its advisory, managed services and specialist recruitment capabilities.
Elliot Golds, partner and executive director, said: “The remit of client excellence is to drive deeper connectivity across our key strategic accounts, to ensure we’re properly engaging with our network and that every client and candidate that interacts with Eames receives a truly exceptional experience.
“Tallulah’s knowledge and expertise are perfect to make that ambition a reality.”
Eames Group includes ECMS and Eames Consulting, which have both added new leadership roles in recent months to support continued growth.
Matthew Eames, founder and chief executive of Eames Group, added: “Businesses want fewer, more dependable partners who can support them with a range of talent solutions across recruitment, executive search and managed services.
“That is exactly what Eames Group is built to deliver.
“When we collaborate across brands, geographies and specialisms, we unlock more value for our clients and for each other.
“Tallulah is a highly experienced strategic account manager, which will be invaluable as we continue to raise the bar for our network and our business.
“I’m looking forward to working with Tallulah as she partners with our sales teams to take our client relationships to the next level.”
