Avison Young appoints Manchester director
Global commercial real estate advisory firm Avison Young has strengthened its national offices team with the appointment of Dom Hoole as a director, based in Manchester.
Dom joins Avison Young from specialist London office agency XIX, where he was a partner.
Prior to this, he spent more than five years at Colliers advising occupier clients across the London office market, having begun his career with Cushman & Wakefield in Singapore, Vietnam, Shanghai and London.
In his new role, Dom will work across the full office sector, supporting occupiers while also building relationships with landlords, investors and developers.
He brings more than a decade of specialist occupier experience, including insight into global workplace trends and tenant requirements.
Dom said: “Joining Avison Young in Manchester at such a pivotal moment for the city’s office market is an incredibly exciting opportunity.
“The city region is seeing sustained investment, ambitious development and a real appetite for high-quality workspace.
“After over a decade advising occupiers in London and internationally, I’m looking forward to bringing this experience to the North West, supporting Avison Young’s existing clients, strengthening our landlord and occupier offer, and helping the team secure and deliver standout projects across the city and wider region.”
Dom’s appointment comes at a time of continued momentum in Manchester’s office market, with strong levels of occupier demand and investment activity.
Rupert Barron, director, Manchester office agency at Avison Young, added: “Dom’s appointment marks a significant step in the continued growth of our national offices team.
“His depth of experience brings fresh insight into how global occupiers are thinking, working and investing.
“That knowledge is invaluable as we continue to elevate our advisory capabilities and deliver results for clients.
“Dom’s arrival adds energy and momentum to the team, and we’re very pleased to welcome him to Avison Young.”
