E3P promotes associate technical director
Multidisciplinary environmental consultancy E3P has strengthened its senior team with the promotion of Andy Garrity to associate technical director, as demand for brownfield delivery continues to grow.
Andy has been with the business for almost a decade and will now provide senior leadership across Manchester and the Midlands.
In his new role, he will support developers, landowners and investors on complex brownfield schemes involving contaminated land, challenging ground conditions and planning constraints.
Andy’s promotion reflects E3P’s focus on practical, delivery-led expertise, helping clients progress technically complex sites into viable, buildable developments in support of national housing targets.
Andy is also involved in national industry research through the Society of Brownfield Risk Assessment, contributing to emerging guidance and best practice on land contamination and risk management.
He said: “I’m delighted to be stepping into the role of Associate Technical Director.
“Having been with E3P for nearly ten years, I’ve had the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and to be part of a fantastic team.
“In this role, I’m looking forward to mentoring our Geoenvironmental teams and supporting them as they take on challenging remediation and land development projects across the UK.”
Andy’s appointment follows strong performance from E3P’s geoenvironmental team and forms part of a wider programme of senior promotions and business growth.
Martin Dyer, chief executive of E3P, added: “Andy’s promotion is thoroughly deserved.
“His technical expertise and leadership have been central to the development of our geoenvironmental capability, and this new role will further strengthen the support we offer our clients as the business continues to grow.”
