Knight Frank appoints industrial associate
Global property consultancy Knight Frank has strengthened its Yorkshire industrial and logistics team with the appointment of Max Vause as an associate.
Max joins Knight Frank after nine years at Carter Towler in Leeds, where he specialised in the disposal and acquisition of industrial and logistics properties across the region.
His client experience includes working with investors and developers such as Indurent, Nuveen, Schroders, Frank Marshall Estates, ATC Properties and Towngate PLC.
He joins an established Yorkshire team that has been involved in several major industrial and logistics transactions during 2025, supporting occupiers, investors and developers across large-scale schemes.
Max said: “Joining Knight Frank is an exciting opportunity for me to contribute to a highly regarded market-leading team who have a fantastic reputation in the region, and nationally.
“I’m looking forward to a new challenge in my career and working with the team to develop and grow relationships with existing and new clients.”
Iain McPhail, partner and head of the industrial property and logistics team in Leeds, added: “Max brings with him a wealth of knowledge and experience of the market.
“He is a valuable addition to our five-strong award-winning Yorkshire industrial and logistics team.”
Max’s appointment further enhances Knight Frank’s industrial and logistics capability in Yorkshire as demand for high-quality space continues across the region.
Rebecca Schofield, partner and head of the Sheffield office of Knight Frank, added: “Our experienced team is unique in Yorkshire, providing a comprehensive service across the region, with offices in both Leeds and Sheffield.
“Max is a very welcome addition and will further enhance our client-focused service.”
