MediaVision appoints growth director
London-based SEO agency MediaVision has strengthened its senior leadership team with the appointment of Adam Bly as growth director, as it looks to accelerate its commercial expansion in 2026.
Adam joins the award-winning agency following more than eight years at Impression, where he played a key role in scaling the business from 25 to 130 employees and building a high-performing new business function.
In his new role, Adam will focus on driving measurable growth for MediaVision’s clients while supporting the agency’s own expansion.
A key part of his remit will include scaling the use of MediaVision’s proprietary Metis platform, which uses commercial intelligence to identify emerging market trends at speed.
Adam said: “This is the most exciting the organic market has ever been.
“MediaVision is in the perfect position to lead that shift, and I couldn’t be more energised to come on board.
“The agency’s innovative approach, particularly through Metis, gives clients a real competitive edge, and I’m looking forward to helping build on the incredible momentum they’ve already achieved.
“My focus will be on creating predictable, provable growth for our clients, scaling the agency responsibly, and making sure our teams have the tools and strategies to succeed in an increasingly dynamic market."
Adam’s appointment follows a strong year for MediaVision, which was recognised at the UK Search Awards for its work with retail brand New Look, and supports the agency’s continued focus on combining human expertise with AI-led innovation.
Louis Venter, chief executive of MediaVision, added: “We’re thrilled to welcome Adam.
“His track record in agency scaling is the perfect match for our 2026 ambitions.
“As we continue to move retailers from reactive operations to a proactive, evidence-led model, Adam will be instrumental in championing our ‘insight-to-action’ philosophy, underpinned by Metis and its ability to surface and action demand faster than the market.
“This will ensure MediaVision remains the first choice for brands seeking future-ready search and AI SEO expertise.”
