Xeinadin promotes Leicester director
Accountancy and business advisory firm Xeinadin has promoted Pavanvir Dhaliwal to director at its Leicester office, marking a seven-year journey from trainee to senior leadership.
Pavanvir joined the practice in 2018 as a trainee and has progressed through the business following its integration into Xeinadin two years ago.
In his new role, he will lead a portfolio of SME clients across the Midlands, with a particular focus on the dentistry and property sectors.
Alongside client delivery, Pavanvir will play a key role in team development, office-wide strategy and supporting clients through upcoming regulatory changes, including the rollout of Making Tax Digital.
He said: “When I joined the practice as a graduate, I didn’t expect to be leading a regional office before 30 years of age, but I’ve had consistent support from colleagues and mentors who encouraged me to keep developing. I’m proud to now help guide others on the same path.
“My advice to those starting out would be to treat the early years as a foundation.
“Ask questions, learn everything you can, and always stay curious.”
Pavanvir’s promotion reflects Xeinadin’s commitment to developing talent from within and empowering regional offices while strengthening its national capability across the UK and Ireland.
Carl Danvers, Midlands area managing partner at Xeinadin, added: “Pavanvir’s promotion speaks to the values we aim to uphold across the practice.
“Supporting talent, rewarding initiative and creating genuine pathways to leadership.
“He understands the needs of regional SMEs and brings the kind of practical, people-first approach that defines our offices.”
