21 Degrees Digital plots next growth phase
A Yorkshire-based digital marketing agency is gearing up for growth as demand rises for more accountable, outcome-driven marketing across the North of England.
Leeds-headquartered 21 Degrees Digital has set a target of 40 per cent revenue growth in 2026 after surpassing the £1 million turnover mark and recording strong year-on-year performance.
The agency closed 2025 with projected revenues of £1.026 million, representing 30 per cent growth, and is now focused on scaling both geographically and sectorally.
Rory Mason, chief executive of 21 Degrees Digital, said: “What we’re seeing across the market is a real shift.
“Brands don’t want fragmented activity anymore – they want outcomes.
“They want brand and performance working together, not competing.
“That’s where we’ve found our sweet spot, and it’s driving strong, sustainable growth.”
Founded in Leeds, 21 Degrees Digital has built its expansion around its Outcome Marketing model, which integrates brand, performance, SEO, generative engine optimisation, paid media, PR and web into a single approach.
The model has gained traction as businesses adapt to shifting customer behaviour driven by AI-led search and discovery.
Demand has been particularly strong from clients in the home and garden and financial services and insurance sectors, where there is an increasing emphasis on measurable returns and clearer accountability.
Rory added: “In sectors like home and garden and financial services, there’s a huge appetite for performance that’s properly joined up with brand.
“We’ve got proof in those spaces, and that’s where we’ll continue to lean in.”
Geographic expansion is also high on the agenda, with the agency planning to strengthen its presence in Manchester and Newcastle alongside a broader push across the North.
Internally, investment continues in AI-driven processes to improve efficiency and consistency while retaining human-led strategy.
The agency is also growing its team, with recent hires including a head of SEO and two apprentices, with further senior appointments planned in 2026.
Alongside this, 21 Degrees Digital is exploring potential acquisition opportunities and rolling out a programme of sector-focused events and thought leadership to support its next phase of growth.
Rory added: “AI is now baked into how people discover and choose brands.
“Our job is to help clients adapt quickly without losing the human element.
“People buy people – and that matters even more as AI scales how marketing works.
“There’s never been a more important time to focus on the humans in the communities around your business.
“AI will change everything over the next five years, but as an ethical agency with real heart, we’re committed to staying on the right side of that change – and making sure our clients do too.”
