RML Group strengthens engineering leadership
Wellingborough-based total engineering solutions provider RML Group has made three senior technical appointments as it builds momentum into 2026.
Denis Gorman has joined the business as head of powertrain, bringing extensive experience in electrified powertrains following senior roles at FutureMotiv, Jaguar Land Rover and Ford.
He will play a key role in advancing RML Group’s powertrain capability across both internal combustion and electric systems, including the continued development of its VarEVolt battery technology.
The company has also appointed Rohin Titmarsh as team lead for test and validation and Manuel Tordillo as team lead for mechanical design.
Rohin joins from Hyperbat with a background in battery systems and electrified powertrains, while Manuel brings nearly three decades of experience from Hewland Engineering and Williams Advanced Engineering.
RML Group operates across automotive and motorsport markets, delivering specialist engineering solutions across power, performance and advanced vehicle technologies.
Mark Way, chief technology officer at RML Group, said: “The continued and accelerating growth of RML Group means that a larger and stronger team is required to continue our delivery of exceptional engineering services to customers.
“By bringing in Denis, Rohin and Manuel, we have added a wealth of experience and technical expertise across our divisions.
“Their appointments continue RML Group’s expansion, helping steer company divisions during a crucial time in our growth.”
