Whistle PR promotes director
Birmingham-based communications consultancy Whistle PR has promoted Amy Ahmed-Dolphin to director, strengthening its senior leadership team as the agency plans for continued growth.
Amy joined Whistle PR in 2015 and steps up from her role as senior account director, following more than a decade supporting the agency’s strategic and commercial development.
During her time with the business, she has led complex, multi-stakeholder campaigns and played a key role in shaping long-term client programmes.
In her new position, Amy will oversee a broad client portfolio, acting as a senior adviser and helping to set standards for client service across the agency.
She will also work closely with managing director Sarah Kent to support Whistle’s business development activity.
Alongside her leadership role, Amy continues to lead the agency’s specialist ESG offering, supporting clients with sustainability strategy and stakeholder communications.
She said: “Whistle has been my professional home for more than a decade, and I’m incredibly proud to be stepping into this role at such an exciting point in the agency’s journey.
“I’m passionate about building strong, strategic client partnerships, helping to shape Whistle’s future as a leading reputation consultancy and ensuring we remain a great place to work.”
Sarah Kent, managing director of Whistle PR, added: “Amy’s promotion to director is hugely well deserved.
“She combines outstanding client management and programme delivery with senior strategic acumen and has a real flair for new business.
“She is a trusted adviser to our clients, a leader within the team and someone who truly embodies Whistle’s values.
“As we enter our next phase of growth, Amy’s leadership will be instrumental in helping us deliver our long-term ambitions.”
