Nifty Fox Creative appoints growth manager
Nifty Fox Creative has appointed Kate Wightman as growth manager as the agency targets £1.65 million turnover in 2026, a 32 per cent increase on 2025’s £1.25 million revenue.
The award-winning research and data visualisation communications agency achieved 30 per cent year-on-year growth in 2025, with e-learning revenue rising by 330 per cent and its client base expanding to more than 70 universities and 100 public sector organisations.
Kate brings more than 14 years’ experience in client growth and partnerships and will lead sales, marketing and business development activity.
She will focus on building relationships with universities, healthcare organisations and public sector bodies in the UK and internationally, while shaping proposals and long-term partnerships.
Kate said: “Nifty Fox’s rapid growth demonstrates the need from researchers and academics for visual storytelling to engage audiences and make their work more accessible.
“I’m looking forward to working with the team to expand our creative offering to help more researchers translate their complex insights into real-world impact.”
Founded in 2017, Nifty Fox specialises in visual storytelling to help organisations translate research into impact, working with more than 3000 researchers worldwide and partners including NATO, the UN and the NHS.
Laura Evans-Hill, founder and director of Nifty Fox, added: “Following our 30 per cent growth in 2025 and the transformational shift towards higher-value, learning-led work, Kate’s appointment is crucial to achieving our ambitious £1.65 million target for 2026.
“Her extensive experience in building meaningful client relationships and driving strategic growth will be invaluable in helping us achieve our targets.
“We're not just looking to grow for growth’s sake.
“We want to expand our impact and reach more organisations that need help turning evidence into action.
“Kate understands that our work creates deeper impact through e-learning and expert-led teaching, and she'll be instrumental in connecting us with clients who share our commitment to driving real-world change through research and visual storytelling.”
