Team Leader/Supervisor Level 3 Apprenticeship - Information Event
The Team Leader/Supervisor level 3 apprenticeship develops your understanding of different leadership styles, people and team management models. It also helps individuals explore different approaches to customer and stakeholder relationships, forms of communication, organisational strategy, project lifecycles and roles.
This event will showcase a short presentation about the Team Leader/Supervisor level 3 apprenticeship, providing you with an overview of the course content, structure and delivery. You will have the opportunity to ask questions specific to you and your organisation as well as meet the apprenticeship team who will be there to offer advice on the application and funding processes.
This event is perfect for individuals in a leadership/supervisory role looking to progress their career to further enhance their leadership skills and knowledge. It is also a great forum for employers to find out more about how the programme fits into their organisation and to understand how to utilise the apprenticeship levy.
