Join us for our next Future Leaders Forum kindly hosted by Gateshead College on Thursday 5 December at 14:00.
At the event there will be an opportunity to hear from Amanda Bailey, Director of North East Child Poverty Commission, about the living wage and child poverty in the region.
The Future Leaders Forum aims to bring fresh perspectives to Chamber activities by engaging early-career professionals. Through regular updates on policy and knowledge initiatives, members can actively shape Chamber efforts, ensuring that the voices of younger generations are heard and represented.
Participants will also gain insights from guest speakers on various timely topics, enriching their understanding and expanding their networks within the region. In addition, the Forum will provide a dedicated space for focused discussions where members can share best practices, address challenges, and celebrate achievements.
This Forum is a unique opportunity for young professionals to make an impact, learn from each other, and help steer the Chamber’s direction in a way that reflects the next generation’s priorities.
KEY INFORMATION
Dress code: We don’t stipulate a dress code at our events, but we’d recommend you dress like you’re going to meet new clients. The most important this is that you’re comfortable.
Behaviour & Conduct: Our events create an inclusive space for individuals and organisations to meet where we expect all our attendees to behave with courtesy and respect, to both each other and Chamber colleagues.
