Authentic Leadership Masterclass
This three-day masterclass will help raise awareness of your leadership potential, allowing you to explore your strengths in the context of leadership in the workplace, to achieve greater effectiveness and satisfaction in your role. The masterclass takes your challenging work environment and, creating the space to reflect, asks you to explore your strengths and preferred ways of working, to consider how you see yourself and how others see you, and to consider what makes you an effective leader, developing confidence and effectiveness.
The course is aimed at both experienced leaders and anyone relatively new to leadership, who occupy roles requiring them to demonstrate leadership formally or informally.
