2 roles - Based Yarm, Teesside; & City Centre, Newcastle upon Tyne You will have a background in quality sales, a proven sales track record and a commitment to work for, and be, the best. You will have excellent communication skills, a lively and engaging personality and a clear determination to succeed. You should also be highly proficient in terms of your personal IT and admin skills. A polished sales professional, you will have: • A high degree of self-motivation, with a proactive and tenacious nature;• A conscientious and flexible approach to work;• A minimum (ideally) 1 - 2 years experience of working in a customer facing sales environment;• A commitment to the highest standards of customer service and support.The post attracts a strong guaranteed basic salary of £14,000 and realistic OTE of £25,000 per annum (via bonus scheme & commission). Benefits include a stakeholder pension scheme (contributions matched by employer) and 4 weeks paid holiday.
